ISP-R is a new type of soybean protein flour which is processed by a new technology. It can be widely used in processing high and low meat products and frozen products so that increase protein content and improve the product texture, accordingly, reduce the cost. At the same time, it can keep water and oil without changing the prescription. At present, Longxiang is the only company in China who produces ISP-R. Its yearly output is more than 10000 tons.
